Overview:
The Account cancellations provides the ability for end users to cancel thier account without having to worry about technical support staff having to process the cancellation.  Cancellations can be processed either "today" or at the end of the users current billing period.  This option is left up to the user.  How many time have you had a customer ask to cancel thier account at the end of their billing period only to have you forget to process it on that day?  Make your life and your customer's life easier by allowing them to cancel the account themselves.

Features:

• Admins/Resellers can setup cancellation reasons for information gathering purposes.
  
• Admins/Resellers can view stats based on the cancellation reasons for the current month and history.
  
• Users can cancel thier account either today or at the end of thier billing period.
  
• Cancellations runs every 30 minutes so users will likely have thier account cancelled on the correct day before billing runs.  This elminates the need for someone to have to process a refund for the customer.

This package is built and designed for H-Sphere 2.5.1.  Patches are included to backport this package to H-Sphere 2.4.3 & H-Sphere 2.5.   Please be sure to patch the package before installing it on versions of H-Sphere older then 2.5.1.
